Cancellation Policy

In order to continue to provide the best services (tutoring and coaching/guiding), we both rely on punctuality and consistency.

Unfortunately, our ability to provide these services to students is sometimes hampered when students book appointments and do not arrive, are late or cancel for their appointments without formally canceling. When students do not show up or cancel for their appointments, other students lose the benefit of scheduling an appointment. We then lose valuable time. (Preparing their lessons and exercises, plan their next lessons, etc.)

To better serve our students we adopted both ‘No-Show’ and “cancellation” policies. All students receiving tutoring services from us automatically adhere to these policies.

No-Show Policy :

Students have fifteen minutes to arrive for their scheduled appointment. If you do not arrive within 15 minutes of your appointments scheduled start time, you will be considered a ‘No Show’ and will be charged 100%.

We are no longer obligated to meet with a student who arrives more than 15 minutes late for their session, but we may still choose to do so at our discretion. We won’t be able to exceed the finish time previously booked.

Cancellation Policy :

We understand that being flexible for our students is a great advantage to accommodate them in the best possible way. However, students and parents are advised that fees will be due in case of cancellations within 48 hours (excluding weekend days – Saturday / Sunday) of their appointments scheduled to start :

– Appointments cancelled less than 24 hours (Monday to Friday only – Weekend and holidays are excluded) before the class are considered Late Cancellations and will be charged 100%.

– Appointments cancelled between 24-48 hours (Monday to Friday only – Weekend and holidays are excluded) without being able to reschedule in the same calendar week according to both availabilities, students will be charged 50%. We always try to reschedule it however we can’t guarantee this option every time.

If students or parents need to cancel an appointment or let us know they might be late, they need to contact first their tutor assigned directly by email or text as well as our office by email abcfrenchline@gmail.com


These cancellation policies are in effect as soon as both parties have agreed written/verbally upon a session date and time. Everyone who receives services from ABC Frenchline agrees with our cancellation policies
